I like my new kitchen gadget

I really like my new hamburger press. I can make a nice burger from about ¼" thick to about 1½" thick. These burgers are a perfect ½" thick. I just plopped a ¼ lb. on and lowered the press and BAM! the perfect burger.

I got plenty of wax patty dividers too. I think I have enough for 1500 burgers easy. With hamburger being $9 lb. here I will watch for a sale, then load up, press out a bunch of burgers and freeze them. I'm going to be in burger heaven and I do love burgers. If one needed to make a lot of burgers, you can get this press in a double version. That would have been a bit over the top for me.
