Payton opened the pool today. It was warm today - in the upper 70s. I asked Payton on the way home from school if he would like to go swimming."Wes."
"What?"
"Wes."

"Yes."
"Okay, but the water will be cold."
I didn't temp the water and though it feels good just standing on the steps, I am sure a full body plunge is pretty chilly. Payton swam around for about 20 minutes. Kids are tough. The water is too cold for me.

We just opened ours too, but no one is brave enough to get in just yet. While it's in the low 80's during the day here, it was 38 degrees last night. Hopefully it will be warmer soon :)
